1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The request for a return must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Products that show signs of misuse or physical damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed through Cash on Delivery return settlement or by replacement, depending on the customer’s preference.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
